Eligibility:

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and personalized items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and customization reasons.
Returns are not accepted for final sale items unless they are damaged or defective.

Return Process:
Contact our customer service team at careers@amarsupply.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Pack your item securely in the original packaging and include the return authorization.
Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective.
Refunds for returns without the original packaging or tags may be subject to a restocking fee.

Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
